Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies

In my Influenster Mom Vox Box I received a sample to review of the Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies. It was individually wrapped. When I bit into the cookie I was surprised to find it was super soft. I shared it with my kids who promptly asked for more. What I like about them is they provide a good amount of fiber and only 6 grams of fat per serving. You can get them at most retailers for about $2.69 for 6 cookies.
